Scale up and processing of powders using flowsheet modelling

This one day workshop will cover scale-up and powder processing where the application and case studies will be demonstrated using process flowsheet modelling and simulation. The workshop is targeting an audience interested in design, optimisation and control of powder processes with the objective to bridge the gap between fundamental understanding and real scale operations. The unit operation and flowsheet models will be based on:

- mass and energy balances
- changes in particle size distribution
- changes in composition levels
- advanced analytical measures and process control, and
- may include scale up theory
